Some History...

Our Spanish property, Casa Ireton, has been in the family for over 20 years, when Capistrano village was first built. Having been a holiday home for so many years we have seen the area grow and change vast amounts, from a small fishing town to a prosperous holiday resort, still retaining its individual character and fortunately not being blighted by the concrete high-rise scenario, which has been the inevitable response from the tourist boom in some of the other coastal resorts. Having now a fully matured family with greater responsibilities in the UK, the apartment found itself empty most of the year round. This is why in 2005 the apartment received a full refurbishment and Ireton Lettings was founded. Shortly after we proceeded to purchase other Investment properties, like the flat on Inverness Terrace in Central London and since 2006 we have been going from strength to strength, focusing on building customer relationships by providing comprehensive services and outstanding quality.
